What kind of parties do you do?

How much does it cost to host a party?

  • $30 per painter

  • $240 minimum fee, up to 8 painters

  • 32 person max ($960 for a full party)

  • $25 travel fee for sessions located more than 20 miles from Apache Junction, Arizona. We are currently serving East Valley residents only.

What is included?

  • We bring all painting supplies, including canvases, brushes, paint, tabletop easels, and drop cloths.

  • 30 min set-up time, 2 hour painting time, and 30 min clean up time. If there are disruptions to instruction, an additional $75 charge will be added for every 15 min over the allotted 2 hour painting window.

  • You will need to make sure there is ample space to paint. One 6 foot table can accommodate up to 4 adult or teen painters, and up to 6 children. If you require tables and chairs for your party, there is an additional $20 rental fee per table. ($160 for a full adult or teen party, $120 for a full kids party.)

  • We bring plenty of drop cloths to protect your tables and floors!

  • For parties of 12 or more, we bring a gift for the host, birthday child, anniversary couple, or whoever else you might be celebrating!

What is the process?

  • You choose a design from our list and send a request with your preferred date and time.

  • We’ll send you a booking confirmation along with what to expect.

  • You pay a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. This deposit will be applied to your total at the time of your event. If the event is less than 1 week away, you will be asked to pay in full at the time of your booking.

  • If you need to cancel for any reason more than 1 week in advance, you may reschedule once, and apply your deposit to the new booking. Your deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation less than 1 week in advance of your event.

  • If we need to cancel for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full, and you will be given a chance to reschedule.

  • The day of your event, we will arrive 30 min before the scheduled painting time to set up. We are happy to help arrange tables and chairs to ensure everyone will be able to see the instructor. Enjoy your time painting with friends! At the end of your scheduled time, sit back and relax while we clean up the paint mess. Any remaining payment will be taken before we pack up and go.
